Nejeeb Khan, AIA, RIBA: A Master of Architecture, Urbanism, and Climate Activism

As an architect, urbanist, technologist, and climate activist, Nejeeb Khan brings over 25 years of expertise to the table. With a background in master planning, town planning, and designing large-scale projects in residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and aviation sectors, he has established himself as a leading voice in the industry.

In 2004, Nejeeb founded KGD-Architecture and took it to new heights, growing it into a 400-person integrated architecture and engineering practice. In 2018, he sold the company to Katerra and served as the Country Head for Katerra India and Design Head for the MEA region until May 2019.
​
But Nejeeb's vision extends beyond traditional architecture, as evidenced by his digital design company, Fluid DBT. Here, he explores the intersection of design, construction, and communities through technology. As a firm believer in the power of sustainable design, Nejeeb is dedicated to creating net-zero communities and designing low-carbon buildings worldwide.

With a Master's degree in Architecture from UC Denver and over a decade of experience working as a licensed architect in the US, Nejeeb is a true master of his craft. His passion for design and commitment to creating a better world through sustainable building practices has earned him a well-deserved reputation as a visionary in the industry.
